Alis attended Princeton University, where she graduated in June 2019 with a B.A. in History and a minor in American Studies. She was awarded the David F. Bowers Prize for outstanding seminar work in American Studies. At Princeton, Alis worked as a research assistant to two professors, one of whom specialized in legal history. She also served as the Vice President of the Princeton Pre-Law Society. Before arriving at Ritz Clark & Ben-Asher, Alis interned at Legal Services of New Jersey and the Brooklyn-based Osborne Association’s Court Advocacy Services.
