Facebook Is Fun But It Can Get You Into Trouble. Do you really want your employer to know you were out on a bender last night? Unless you are totally restrictive with your settings and you do not “friend” a single person at work, your employer will know what is going on in your personal life. That can easily come back to haunt you when you call in sick, saying you’ve got the flu, but the boss sees the photos you posted of the all night party you just left. Same advice for Linked In, Twitter, blogs and so forth.
